Plates are available Hubbed or Reversible. Be sure to change your grinder knife at the same time for optimal grinding performance.

Hubbed grinder plates can only be used on one side. This hub serves a dual purpose; it acts as a bearing surface for the centering pin and makes plate removal easier

Reversible grinder plates can be used on both sides. We recommend you have two separate knives to match each side.
